Parkside: A Nordic Perspective on the Cumbayá Landscape

Parkside features two towers of suites and apartments in Cumbayá, with contemporary architecture inspired by Nordic design. Terraces, gardens, and greenery connect the homes with the surroundings, while the amenities provide spaces for work, relaxation, and socializing.

The morning light that streams in, an open terrace overlooking the landscape, and the presence of greenery can define the experience of a home. Parkside, developed by Umbau in Cumbayá, takes these elements as a starting point for a contemporary residential proposal inspired by Nordic design.

The project is organized into two towers with suites and apartments of various configurations. Their facades combine horizontal lines, curved corners, and balconies adorned with vegetation, creating a transition between the home and the environment.

Design that is lived in

Nordic sensitivity is reflected in the light tones, wooden textures, and simplicity of the spaces. Surfaces with a mineral appearance provide contrast and create a serene palette that allows for the incorporation of furniture, plants, and personal items.

The integrated social areas bring together the kitchen, dining room, and living room, while the terraces and gardens, depending on the unit, extend the possibilities for outdoor use. Having breakfast outside, tending to plants, or sharing a conversation become part of domestic life.

The proposal also includes options for customizing finishes, within the alternatives established by the builder.

Spaces for different routines

Parkside includes a pool, hot tub, gym, coworking space, outdoor kitchen, and rooftop. The program is complemented by an ecological trail, pet areas, and playgrounds.

These areas allow for working, exercising, and socializing without leaving the complex. Their value lies in the convenience of using them and the care they receive over time.

A new chapter in Cumbayá

Located in the San Patricio area, near Ruta Viva, Parkside connects its residential proposal with the services and access of the valley. Its completion is expected in early 2027.

Its identity is strengthened by the relationship between interiors, greenery, and landscape. The Nordic inspiration brings simplicity; the terraces and curves give it a unique expression in Cumbayá.

An architecture whose intention is recognized when imagining life within it, from the first coffee of the morning to an afternoon shared outdoors.
